Top destinations

Italy is a peninsula that mainly exposes to the Mediterranean Sea: to the  Ionian Sea on the south, to the Adriatic Sea on the east and to the Tyrreherian Sea on the west. In the north, the country is located on the mountain area of the Alps. With its special geography, Italy is gifted with a diverse culture, history, climate, and landscape. Many of its historic centers and landscapes were formed thousands of years ago. Italy is one of the few countries that receive the high number of UNESCO heritages in the world. According to the decision of the 43rd session of the World Heritage Committee on  July 2019, the vineyards hills called Le Colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene, located in northeast Italy, are awarded as a UNESCO site, increasing the number of world heritage sites in Italy to 55, including 50 cultural and 5 natural sites. Italy is, therefore, a home for many tourists from all over the world. Tourists can select different choices for their trips, from historical sites, city views to natural landscape. Besides its famous world heritage sites, Italy also attracts a lot of tourists to its romantic towns and beautiful beaches.  In this page, we would like to share some beautiful places that you cannot miss when travelling to Italy.
